Blitz Proto was selected as a panelist for the “Navigating the Trade Storm” webinar hosted by Small Business for America’s Future’s. Our company has been grappling with the unpredictable pricing of critical components for customer projects this year as a result of these new tariffs and their impact on product availability, shipping and pricing. Taxes have always been a sore point as a business owner and the addition of these new taxes has created significant stress in our operations and client relations.
While we have been conducting business as usual, our ability to accurately quote new jobs has been significantly diminished in recent months. The opportunity to participate in this webinar allowed us to share our story and hear similar stories from businesses in a variety of industries. We hope by sharing our experience we will encourage other businesses to do the same. Our company is built on the premise of providing rapid prototyping service at a reasonable price. We strive to continue to provide products and services that align with our mission. Some steps we have taken to account for the market changes have included pursuing partnerships with alternative suppliers while looking into the benefit of bulk purchases to benefit customers’ long term needs.
